"Agency" means AJF Childcare and the Owner of AJF Childcare who is Amy Jane Fowler

"Client' You" - Parent's/Guardians & Business's & persons using the Agency's Services

This privacy notice is intended to inform you, the client, about information the Agency need to keep, why we need it and how it will be stored, used and deleted. Amy Jane Fowler is the nominated data handler. 

  

The information the Agency collect via our website is stored on the website cloud base, this includes but is not limited to the following;

  1. the information you submit to the Agency when making a booking and signing up to use the Agency's online booking system which allows you to make and amend bookings.

  2. the relevant information submitted on the client registration form such as contact details, address and information regarding the children the care will be for

  3. the Client's email address provided upon signing up for the Agency's mailing list

  4. the Client's log in details such as email's and password's are stored on the cloud base where only you can access and see the details, it is the Client's responsibility to choose a secure unique password.

This information is kept confidential and stored as part of our privacy policy. With the Client's consent it may be shared with applicants who have applied to work for the Client. Your information maybe shared with our insurance company (Morton Michel) if they request such information.

  

You, the client, have the right to see any information the Agency hold about you, your child(ren) and your family at any time. You have the right to correct or update such information. You have the right to request that the Agency delete such information, however we must inform you that certain information such as invoices cannot be deleted. Paper documents will be shredded when no longer needed.  

   

Your information is stored in a locked filing cabinet / digitally in a password protected file on and on the mobile phone / computer of the Data Handler, if the Candidate is an employee of the Agency then the Candidate may hold information regarding you and your children, this is so they can provide the best care for your children, the information is gathered upon the Client engaging the services of the Agency. The data we collect is relevant to sourcing your a Candidate and 

  

In the event of a data breach the Data Handler will report this to the Client. This includes but is not limited to the loss or theft of the data handlers  mobile phone, computer or the keys to the filing cabinet, or a burglary at the date handler's home where the filing cabinet is stored. 

By using our website, registering with our Agency and using our services you are agreeing to our privacy policy.

The Agency is a member of Information Commissioner's Officer. (ICO) 

The Agency is insured by Morton Michel.

FOR CANDIDATES WHO REGISTER WITH US

"Agency" means AJF Childcare and the Owner of AJF Childcare who is Amy Jane Fowler

"Candidate' You" means the person applying for a job that the Agency advertise's or registering with the Agency. 

This privacy notice is intended to inform you, the nanny/household staff Candidate, about information the Agency collects, why we need it and how it will be stored, used and deleted. Amy Jane Fowler is the nominated data handler.  

The data we collect and keep is your CV and application form, documents for employment such as qualifications, certificates, references and identification. We collect this information and keep this when you sign up with us, this allows us to place you with within our clients homes, provide you with work, prepare you for employment with a Client and thoroughly background check you. 

 

We may need to share this information to our insurance provider or HMRC. We will only share your personal details such as your contact details & emergency contact with our client if you are placed within our clients homes to work on our behalf.  Evidence of vetting documents such as DBS checks, right to work in the UK and other certificates may also be provided to our Client's you work for if the Client requests it, whether that be you are employed by us or our Client.

Your information such as contact detail's, address, email and other relevant information provided to the Agency is stored in a locked filing cabinet / digitally in a password protected file on the Data Handler's phone. computer and other devices.

At the end of the contract, information which the Agency is not required to keep is deleted unless you give explicit, written consent to keep storing such information. You can withdraw this consent at any time, please note that certain information such as payroll records cannot be deleted until a certain period has passed, please ask the Data Handler for these details.

If the candidate is offered and accepts a job offer from a Client, the future employer (the Client) will receive all the personal data the candidate has submitted for their job application. Candidates who register for jobs on the website, agree to our storing their personal data, and at the interview stage, the sharing of their name and telephone number with future employers

By using our website and registering with our Agency you are agreeing to our privacy policy.
