In the event that you are not satisfied with our services then please contact us, this will help us raise our standards and maintain our standards.

Complaint's Procedure

Stage One:

In the event of a complaint please contact us in the first instance so that we can take the first steps in resolving the complaint informally and immediately by contacting:

Next Steps:

We will contact you to confirm that we have received your complaint and advise you of who will be handling your complaint. 

The complaint will be recorded and investigated, and a written response will be sent within 10 working days.
